To search for an employee, head over to your Workia list and click on the the magnifying glass icon on the upper right side of the app.

This will open the search box. You can search for the employee by their employee ID, name, or email address.

How do I use filters?

Alternatively, you can also use filters to search for a group of records associated to fields like:

  • Case Type

  • Status

  • From Country

  • To Country

  • Case Owner

To use your filters, click on the "Filter" button just besides the "Export to xlsx" icon on the upper right side of the screen.

A menu on the right will appear with the list of options that you can select to filter your cases!

Note that country filters work as 'OR' filters.

To remove the filters that you have added, select the "Clear" button just besides the "Apply" button on the Filters drawer to remove all filters applied to your list.

Sorting by case owner

Another way to narrow down you search is sorting by case owner. Simply click on the Show all owners button and select from the list!
