Here's a quick step-by-step guide access the Workia Employee App:

First, create a case and invite the employee to Workia by hovering over the employee initials in the case record:

The employee will receive an email invite to download the app from Google Play or the App store.

After downloading, the employee enters their code (sent by email in the invite) and proceeds to setup their password. Biometrics can also be set from here.

And that's it! They now have access to the Workia Employee App!
