Exporting Case Data
Go to the People screen and press the "Actions" button to open a dropdown menu. Select "Export Data" this will give you a copy of the list of records in spreadsheet format!
Exporting Employee Data
Go to the People screen and click on Cases to open a dropdown menu and select Employees. This lets you view the list of all employees in the system! Simply click on Export to xlsx between the Search and Filter icons to download you data in spreadsheet format!
Filters
Narrow down your exports with filters! You can group Employees by their name, case type, date, location, and more!
To use your filters, click on the "Filter" button just beside the "Search" icon on the upper right side of the screen.
With filtering, you can search and filter for records using the following fields:
Case type
Case status
From country
To country
Case owner
Cases starting
Cases ending
To remove the filters that you have added, select the "Clear" button just besides the "Apply" button on the Filters drawer to remove all filters applied to your list.
π‘Note: Always check if you have filters in use, this can change the content of your list when downloading your records.
