With our Deloitte integration, you can seamlessly initiate Tax, Social Security, and Immigration services with Deloitte—and receive key updates directly back into your Workia site.
How to connect Deloitte to Workia?
Click on your Profile icon on the top right corner to open the drop-down menu, hover over "Settings" and click on the Connections setting to open the Connections screen.
On the Connections screen, look for Deloitte and select "Connect".
Once you have opened the connection settings screen, complete the connection details per below:

An asterisk (*) denotes that it is a mandatory field and must be provided for the integration to work.

Once you have filled in the required fields, click on the "Connect" button to proceed with the connection.
Initiating a Deloitte service
Once the connection is set up, you can initiate Deloitte Immigration or Tax Services directly from your case record.
To begin, open a case record and head over to the Services section in the case details screen, and open the Supplier Directory. A successful connection to Deloitte will have a green plug icon appear on the service card.
Select a Deloitte service from the Supplier Directory, then select the "Initiate" button to proceed.
In the service details, select "Initiate".
In the first step of the initiation process, it will check your case record for completeness.
If any essential details are missing, a warning will appear and you will be able to update the missing data.
Select "Next" to continue to the next step.
In this step, you can review and update the fields included in the service initiation. You may opt out of certain fields if they are not necessary.
You can also update fields during the service initiation by either clicking directly on the field or selecting from a dropdown menu, depending on the field type.
Once you have finalized the information, select "Next" to submit the data and begin the initiation process.
Once done, the initiation will be complete and the data will be sent to Deloitte.

Receiving Updates From Deloitte
Once you have initiated your services with Deloitte, they will receive the data that you sent them and will be able to provide back updates in Workia. You can view the updates that Deloitte sends from the services screen.
You can navigate to the record on the case screen in the relevant section by selecting “View Record”.

Selecting “View Information received”, will show you a list view of what Deloitte has sent.
