People Screen Overview

View and manage cases from the People Screen! To access the People Screen, simply click on People on the navigation bar.

Case View

To get started, simply click People in the header! The Cases option lets you view all your cases!

Employee List View

The Employees option allows you to view the list of all employees in the system. Selecting an employee lets you see the cases they are assigned as well as the case start and end date, status, and owner!

Delete Employee Records

Users can delete employee records that are no longer relevant to being in Workia. While in the employee list view, simply click on "..." and "delete" to remove an employee record.

โš ๏ธ This will permanently remove the employee and their associated cases. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

Business Trip Tracking

The Business Trip Tracking option lets you easily monitor the travel of employees and identify where you may have issues using automated alerts!

Expenses

Manage expenses from the People screen!

Users can:

  • Add an expense - Scan a receipt or manually create an entry

  • Add expenses to a report - Add expenses to a report. You can also add multiple expenses to a report by clicking on a checkbox and clicking "Add to Report".

  • Import and export data - You can import and export expenses in bulk by clicking on the Import and Export button.

Expense Reports

Access expense reports

Users can:

  • View and manage expense reports.

  • Send expense reports for approval.

  • Add comments for better communication with the team.

  • Export expense report list.

Importing/Exporting

You can import and export your data here. Forget manual copy and pasting! Upload and download your data with just a few clicks!

Workload Board

View the status of all cases in the workload Board! You can expand and collapse statuses for a more dynamic view!

Search and Filtering

With filters, narrow down your searches by employee name, case type, date, location, and more!

To use your filters, click on the "Filter" button just beside the "Search" icon on the upper right side of the screen. With filtering, you can search and filter for records using the following fields:

  • Case type

  • Case status

  • From country

  • To country

  • Case owner

  • Cases starting

  • Cases ending

  • Case tags

  • Is VIP

To remove the filters that you have added, select the "Clear" button just besides the "Apply" button on the Filters drawer to remove all filters applied to your list.

๐Ÿ’กNote: Always check if you have filters in use, as only the records shown will be exported if you download them.
