With our Vialto integration, you can send integrated initiations for Tax, Social Security and Immigration services to Vialto.

Click on your Profile icon on the top right corner to open the drop-down menu, hover over "Settings" and click on the Connections setting to open the Connections screen.

On the Connections screen, look for Vialto and select the "Details" button to open the integration details. Then once you are in the Vialto connection screen, click on "Connect".

Once you have opened the connection settings screen, you will find a list of fields requiring the Vialto details needed to connect to the Workia app.

An asterisk (*) denotes that it is a mandatory field and must be provided for the integration to work.

Once you have filled in the required fields, click on the "Connect" button to proceed with the connection.

Once the connection is setup, you can initiate Vialto Immigration or Tax Services directly from your case record.

To begin, open a case record and head over to the Services section in the case details screen, and open the Supplier Directory. A successful connection to Vialto will have a green plug icon appear on the service card.

Select a Vialto service from the Supplier Directory, then select the "Initiate" button to proceed.

In the service details, select "Initiate".

In the first step of the initiation process, it will check your case record for completeness. If any essential details are missing, a warning will appear and you will be able to update missing data.

Select "Next" to continue to the next step.

In this step, you will review and update the fields included in the service initiation. You may opt out of certain fields if they are not necessary. Once you have finalized the information, select "Next" to submit the data and begin the initiation process.

Once done, the initiation will be complete and the data will be sent to Vialto.
