Securely send and manage documents directly through Workia!

How to connect Docusign to Workia?

To get started, head over to Settings and select Connections, look for Docusign, and click "Connect".

To configure the Docusign integration, you'll need the following information:

  • Integration Key - A unique key provided by DocuSign for integration.

  • User ID - The identifier associated with the authorized user in your Docusign account.

  • Account ID - Your organization's Docusign account ID, which links your credentials to the correct account.

  • RSA Private Key - The private key required for secure authentication between Workia and Docusign.

Enter the valid credentials and press Save.

💡Note: This connection requires corporate Docusign credentials. Please contact your IT department to obtain the necessary credentials for setup.

Creating a merge document template for signature

To create a document template for signatures, simply add a merge field for Signatures in a company document template.

Adding an e-signature document to a case

To add an e-signature document to a case, simply go to the Documents section and select the E-Signature Documents tab. Next, simply click on "+" or the Add e-signature document button.

Saving an e-signature document

In the e-signature document view from a case, click on Save or Save as .pdf.

💡Note: You can find documents saved as .pdf in the All Documents tab in a case.

Sending a document for signature

In the e-signature document view from a case, click on Share and select Send for signature.

Drag and drop the names to sort and confirm the order of signatures and click on Send for signature to send the documents via Docusign!

Sharing an e-signature document via e-mail

In the e-signature document view from a case, click on Share and select Share document via email. Setup your message or use the Email Assistant and send!

💡Note: Sharing an e-signature document via email creates an entry in the Communications tab of a case!

Signature details

View signature details of the e-signature document easily! Click on "..." and select Signature Details to check the status of the e-signature document. You can also resend it from there!
