Send Workia emails from your Outlook account! 📨
💡Note: Workia leverages standard Microsoft 365 APIs to integrate with Outlook and send email using the logged in user's outlook account, given they have provided access to do so. (See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/outlook-mail-concept-overview)
Getting Started
Connect Outlook to your Workia account by clicking on your profile icon on the upper right part of the screen. Next, select My Profile > Settings and scroll down and click on Connect to Outlook.
Type in your credentials, allow permissions, and you're good to go!
Sending an email in a case will let you choose which email you want to use!\
💡Note: If you are connecting your Outlook account from a case screen, please refresh the page so the changes apply!
To disconnect your Workia account from your Outlook account, go to My Profile > Settings and scroll down and click on Disconnect from Outlook.
