Send Workia emails from your Gmail account! 📨
Connect Gmail to your Workia account by clicking on your profile icon on the upper right part of the screen. Next, select My Profile > Settings and scroll down and click on Connect to Gmail.
Type in your credentials, allow permissions, and you're good to go!
Sending an email in a case will let you choose which email you want to use!
To disconnect your Workia account from your Gmail account, go to My Profile > Settings and scroll down and click on Disconnect from Gmail.
