View multiple cases at once with the Workload Board!
The Workload Board
To get started, simply click on the workload view button!
Cases are sorted by status and the number of cases under it is shown.
From the board, you may add case comments and also assign users to a case.
Managing Column View
Click on Hide Column on the top to compress a column. To expand, simply click on the compressed column.
