Here's how to manage family/dependents details on a case record! π¨βπ©βπ§βπ¦
Open a case and navigate to the Family section by scrolling down or selecting it on the left side of the screen.
Adding a family member/dependent
To add a family member/dependent, simply click on Add Dependent or "+" to add a dependent and fill out the details!
To add a passport for the dependent. Clicking on "Add Passport" will open the passport section for the dependent.
π‘Note: Don't forget to click on "Save" to apply the changes you've made!
Managing family/dependent passport details
Passports added for each family member will be indicated on the list!
You can view and edit an existing passport by clicking on "..." and selecting "Open".

To add another passport, click on the "+" and fill out the details!

Delete passports in this section by clicking on "..." and selecting "Delete".
Comments and documents
You can also add comments and upload related documents for each family member/dependent!
To add a comment, click on the speech bubble icon. Here, you can tag your contacts and post comments!
To upload a document, click on the document icon. From there, you can simply select or drag and drop the file you want to upload!
To delete a dependent, simply click on the "..." button and press Delete.
