Workia can manage compensation details on a case record. You can easily track, add, edit, collaborate, and attach documents to compensation records in a case.
Accessing Compensation Records
Start by opening a case record in the People screen. Then navigate to the Compensation section by scrolling down or clicking "Compensation" on the left.
Annual Base Salary
To add an annual base salary, simply click on "Add annual Base Salary" or the "+" button on the upper right side. Fill in the details and you're done!
Bonuses
To add an annual base salary, simply click on "Add Bonus" or the "+" button on the upper right side. Fill in the details and you're done!
Allowances
To add an annual base salary, simply click on "Add Allowance" or the "+" button on the upper right side. Fill in the details and you're done!
Payroll
To add an annual base salary, simply click on "Add Payroll" or the "+" button on the upper right side. Fill in the details and you're done!
Managing Compensation Types
You can Add or Manage compensation types by selecting the Compensation Name or Type field and clicking on the "Manage" option at the bottom of the dropdown menu, a window will appear asking you to provide the name of the allowance to be added. This type added will be available throughout all case records.
Once you have filled in the information, click on the "Save" button to record the new information in the case.
Editing Compensation Records
To edit a compensation record, click on the allowance record itself or "..." and select "Open".
Once you make the changes, click on the "Save" button to apply the modified details to the allowance record.
Adding Attachments or Documents to a Compensation Record
On a compensation record, there is an option to add or view attachments related to the record.
To add a document to a compensation record, click on the Document icon, and a sidebar with a file attachment will appear. You can click on the file uploaded to navigate through the files on your computer, or you can drag and drop the relevant documents associated with the record.
The documents uploaded in a compensation record will only appear in that record, you can also Download or Delete them if necessary by clicking on "...".
Commenting and Mentions in a Compensation Record
You can utilize the commenting feature on each record by clicking the Comment icon. To keep track of the discussions relating to a specific case record.
You can mention a team member in comments to notify that member when they are tagged in a message. This will send a notification through the in-app notification and also through email.
You can also set the permissions on the comments posted by selecting if anyone can see the comment or only Mobility and Admin roles can view the comment.
