Organize your workload with case tags! 🏷️
Add tags to case and make tasks more manageable and organized.
Tagging a Case
To add a case tag, simply open a case and clicking on "+ Tag" in the upper part of the case summary.
Tagging a case as VIP
To tag a case as a VIP, simply toggle the VIP tag!
Managing Case Tags
To manage case tags, click on the tags in a case and select Manage Tags.
Toggle to enable or disable existing tags or click on "+ Add Mobility Tags" to create a new case tag.
💡Note: Clicking on an existing case tag lets you edit its details!
Filter by Case Tags
For easier reporting and navigation, you can narrow down searches using the Filter button. Active case tags and VIPs will appear as a filters!
