View multiple cases at once with the Kanban Board!
The Kanban Board
To get started, simply click on the Kanban view button!
Cases are sorted by status and the number of cases under it is shown.
From the board, you may add case comments and also assign users to a case.
Managing Column View
Click on Hide Column on the top to compress a column. To expand, simply click on the compressed column.
