Managing Expenses (Mobility Team)

Expenses

Access expenses by clicking on Compensation on the top menu and selecting the Expenses tab.

Mobility team members can:

  • Add an expense - Scan a receipt or manually create an entry

  • Add expenses to a report - Add expenses to a report. You can also add multiple expenses to a report by clicking on a checkbox and clicking "Add to Report".

  • Import and export data - You can import and export expenses in bulk by clicking on the Import and Export button.

Expense Reports

Access expense reports by clicking on Compensation on the website header and selecting the Expense Reports tab.

Users can:

  • View and manage expense reports.

  • Send expense reports for approval.

  • Add comments for better communication with the team.

  • Export expense report list.

Importing/Exporting Expense Records

You can import and export your data here. Forget manual copy and pasting! Upload and download your data with just a few clicks!
