Manage Business Trips with the Trips feature 🗓️

There are 3 ways to add Business Trips:

  1. Admin/Mobility users can add them manually.

  2. Import them en masse (e.g. from a travel provider spreadsheet).

  3. Ask employees to add them via the employee app.

Creating a trip manually (by an Admin/Mobility user)

Access Trips by going to People and selecting Trips in the dropdown menu.

To create a trip, simply click on "+".

Fill in the details of the trip and click on Create Trip.

If you want to ask the employee to confirm the details are correct, click on Request Confirmation.

Importing and Exporting Trip Data

To import or export trip data, click on Actions on the upper right of the screen and select Import Data or Export Data.

Selecting Import Data will prompt you to upload and set up your data for import.

Selecting Export Data will download a .xlsx file of trip data.

💡Note: Use filters to narrow down your searches when preparing your data for exporting!

Managing Trip Data

Click on the filter icon to easily narrow down your searches!

To delete a trip entry, simply open an entry and click on "..." then select Delete Trip.

Business Trip Calendar Automations

New automations are available:

Here are the available Automations for the Business Trip Calendar:

Days Travelled in Rolling 12 Months

When an employee travels to:

  • Destination Country

For _____ or more days in Rolling 12 Months.

  • Number (of days)

It can:

  • Create an alert

  • Send a notification

Days Travelled in Calendar Year

When an employee travels to:

  • Destination Country

For _____ or more days in Calendar Year.

  • Number (of days)

It can:

  • Create an alert

  • Send a notification

Days Travelled in Fiscal Year

When an employee travels to:

  • Destination Country

For _____ or more days in Fiscal Year.

  • Number (of days)

It can:

  • Create an alert

  • Send a notification
