Expense management is turned off by default. To turn it on, click on your Profile Icon > Settings > Expense Settings.
Expenses Module
Toggle Enable Expenses Module switch to make the Expenses Module available to all users across the web application and mobile devices.
Upon enabling the Expenses Module for the first time, you will need to choose default approvers.
Managing Approvers
Click on "+" to add Approvers. Then set the Report Total Amount where reports with a total higher than the selected amount will be subject to the Approval Flow.
π‘Note: The currency of the expenses module is based on the set System Currency.
Managing Violations
Toggle violations on or off and select which type of rule you want to see for violations.
Red - Violations that must be addressed before the report can be submitted or reimbursed
Yellow - Automated highlights that may require attention but may not require corrective action
You can also add more rules for violations by clicking on "+".
Receipt Required
Set an indicator for Expenses NOT having a Receipt attached
Expense Age
Set an indicator for Expenses created since more than a set number of days
Expense Amounts
Set an indicator for Expenses amount higher than a set number in the selected System Currency.
