Effortlessly set up automated alerts and notifications triggered by specific events and conditions like case creation, email replies to cases or tickets, approval status updates, and upcoming expiry dates for critical documents! πŸ€–

Getting Started

To get started, go to Settings and select Automations. This can also be accessed from the Tickets and Tasks screen.

Available Automations

Here is list of automations that can be created along with their settings:

Case Created

When a case is created:

  • Case type is...

  • Case origin country is...

  • Case destination country is...

It can:

  • Create an alert

  • Send notification

  • Set owner

Case Email Received

When an email is received on a case...

  • Case status is...

  • Case type is...

  • Case origin country is...

  • Case destination country is...

It can:

  • Create alert

  • Send notification

Ticket Email Received

When an email is received on a ticket:

  • Ticket status is...

  • Ticket type is...

It can:

  • Create alert

  • Send notification

Approval Awaiting Action

___ days after the approval is sent and still in progress:

  • Case status is...

Immigration Expiring

Creating an Automation

In the Automations screen, click on "+" to create a new automation.

Fill in the details based on your preferences and click save.

To turn automation on or off, simply click on the toggle button.
