With Tickets, you can easily manage and track all your support tickets and streamline issue management and resolution! π«
Tickets
To get started, click on Ticketing & Tasks in the header.
The Summary section, shows you a summary of all your tickets by their Type and Status.
You can also drill into the graph to quickly access all tickets associated with its type or status.
Clicking on the "Tickets" item on the upper tab will direct you to the list of tickets and ticket creation.
You can directly change the ticket status on the ticket list screen. Additionally, you can comment, upload documents, and mention colleagues on each ticket.
Filtering tickets
By Search
To locate a specific ticket, click on the Search icon on the upper right side of the screen. Type in the key terms and it will filter out the list based on the search term.
By Owner
You can also filter the tickets by owner by clicking on "All Owners", this will bring out a list of your colleagues. Select a user from the list to filter owned tickets.
By Filters
Lastly, you can filter specific tickets by their ticket type, status, owners, and due date ending by clicking on the filter icon to filter sets of tickets.
