Handling a gazillion tasks on different cases can be quite overwhelming. 😪

Tickets & Tasks sorts out your tasks from all cases, checklist items, and tickets assigned to you! Let's get you started by clicking on Tickets & Tasks on the home page!

Summary

This section lists down a summary of tickets and upcoming tasks!

Tickets

Manage and track all your support tickets within the app and streamline issue management and resolution for your employees and case records!

Tasks

Instead of going through multiple cases one-by-one, accomplished checklist items can be marked as complete by simply clicking on the check box. ✅

Click on the magnifying glass icon to access the search bar. Type in a keyword related to the case or checklist item on the Search Bar for a quick way to search for an item!

Beside it is the Filter icon. Use it to narrow down searches. Items can be sorted by:

  • Due Date

  • Owner

  • Case Type

  • Case Status

  • Task Status
