Tasks
Instead of going through multiple cases one-by-one, accomplished checklist items can be marked as complete by simply clicking on the check box. ā
Click on the magnifying glass icon to access the search bar. Type in a keyword related to the case or checklist item on the Search Bar for a quick way to search for an item!

Beside it is the Filter icon. Use it to narrow down searches. Items can be sorted by:
Urgency
Due Date
Owner
Case Type
Case Status
Task Status
