This article will guide you through understanding your Workia subscription within the platform. Here, you can check your subscription tier, usage details, and limitations.

Subscription Tiers

To check your subscription, click on your Profile icon on the top right corner to open the drop-down menu, then click on "Subscription"

Workia offers different subscription tiers that unlock various features. You can see your current tier displayed on the subscription section.

Subscription Usage Details

Under the tier section, you'll find details on your subscription usage. This section helps you understand how many licenses you've used within the app.

  • Mobility Cases: This shows how many mobility case records you have and how many are currently being. Mobility cases are counted from initiating a case and/or importing cases to Workia (excluding the historical cases you add before go live).

  • Mobility Users: This indicates the number of user licenses you have for managing employee moves and how many of your colleagues are currently using the app. This excludes stakeholders (HR, reward, line managers and employees).

  • Cost Estimates: This indicates how many licenses you have for creating cost estimates for moves and how many are currently in use.

Managing your Subscription

You can set a usage warning threshold. This allows you to anticipate and check your current usage levels. Simply click the button next to the license to set a warning when licenses reach a specific limit.

When a warning is triggered, a banner will appear on the app informing you about your current usage status.
