Understanding your subscription

This article will guide you through understanding your Workia subscription within the platform. Here, you can check your subscription tier, usage details, and limitations.

To check your subscription, click on your Profile icon on the top right corner to open the drop-down menu, then click on "Subscription"

Subscription Usage Details

Under the tier section, you'll find details on your subscription usage. This section helps you understand how many licenses you've used within the app.

  • Admin/Mobility Users

  • Cases

  • Tickets

  • Trips

  • Document Templates

  • Email Templates

  • Integrations

  • Calculation Credits

  • Advanced Reporting and AI Tools

  • Checklist & Ticket Types

  • Single Sign On

  • Docusign

  • HRIS

  • Expenses

Case Usage

Click on "View Case Usage" to view a list of every case created on your account along with who created the case and when.

You can filter the table by:

  • Case Start and End Date

  • Case Type

  • Owner

  • Usage

    • All

    • Legacy (Pre-Workia)

    • Counted Toward Usage

Click on the "Export to .xlsx" button beside "Filters" to download the data into Excel. A summary sentence at the bottom of the page displays the Legacy Pre-Workia date for clarity.

Managing your Subscription

You can set a usage warning threshold. This allows you to anticipate and check your current usage levels. Simply click the license and set a warning when the license reach a specific limit.

When a warning is triggered, a banner will appear on the app informing you about your current usage status.
