Case Summary
The case summary provides an overview of a case, its progress, and important details such as:
- Case Number 
- VIP and Case Tags 
- Employee Name 
- Case Type 
- Case Home and Host Location 
- Case Owner 
- Case Status - Shows case progress based on checklist items finished. This is sorted by stages with each stage having its own checklist items. 
Clicking on "..." on the right grants access to:
- Audit History - Track updates to the case and ticket information. 
Hover on an employee's profile picture in the case summary section to access:
- Invite status - Users can also resend invites from here. 
- Click on "..." to view the employee's profile or the employee view.
