The case summary provides an overview of a case, its progress, and important details such as:
Case Number
VIP and Case Tags
Employee Name
Case Type
Case Home and Host Location
Case Owner
Case Status - Shows case progress based on checklist items finished. This is sorted by stages with each stage having its own checklist items.
Clicking on "..." on the right grants access to:
Audit History - Track updates to the case and ticket information.
Hover on an employee's profile picture in the case summary section to access:
Invite status - Users can also resend invites from here.
Click on "..." to view the employee's profile or the employee view.
