Every case type comes with services that are auto-suggested in the Services section on the case details screen. This makes it easier for you to know what services ought to be added to the case.
Configuring services
Head over to the settings by clicking on the gear icon on the upper right corner of the app.
On the Company card - click on "Manage" to open the Company Case Type settings.
Under the Company Case Type Settings, select a case type that you want to manage and click on the "Service Settings" button to open its corresponding service settings configuration.
Enabling and disabling services
Clicking on the toggle button will enable and disable the default services items on a case type.
Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes you've made, additionally, you can also cancel any changes that you have applied by clicking on the "Cancel" button just beside the save button.
