Every case type comes with services that are auto-suggested in the Services section on the case details screen. This makes it easier for you to know what services ought to be added to the case.
Configuring services
To get started, head over to the Settings by clicking on the Profile icon on the upper right corner of the app.
Configure Services by clicking on the Profile icon on the upper right corner of the app. Hover on Settings and click on Case Settings.
On Case Settings, select a case whose services you want to change. Click on "..." and select Edit.
Go to the Services section by scrolling down or clicking Services on the side panel.
Enabling and disabling services
Clicking on the toggle button will enable and disable the default services items on a case type.
