Restricted Access Cases

You can restrict access to cases, limiting visibility to only designated users, including mobility and collaborators! πŸ”’

This enhanced feature ensures greater control over case security when necessary. Once a case is designated as restricted access, you can easily share it with others as desired.

Managing restricted access cases

To set a case as restricted, simply open a case and toggle the Restricted button. This will limit user access to the case.

To manage access to confidential cases, in the Case Summary section, click on "..." and select Manage Access.

You can add Groups and users to this section. After selecting, simply click on Close and that's it!

Setting up groups for restricted access cases

To setup a group to manage confidential cases, simply go to Settings > Administration. From there click on the Groups tab.

To add a new group for restricted access cases, click on "+". Fill out the details and add the group members.

To remove an existing group for restricted access cases, click on "..." and select Delete.
