Manage and store multiple Employee IDs 🪪
💡Note: Employee Identifiers are linked to an employee. IDs will appear in all cases for that employee!
To get started, in a case, go to the Employee section. Next, click on the List button beside the Employee Number. From here, you can add your Employee Identifiers.
Adding an Employee Identifier
To add an Employee Identifier, click on "+" and enter the identifier and the Identifier Type.
💡Note: Employee Identifiers can be added when importing data!
You can edit an existing employee identifier entry by simply clicking on it or clicking "..." and selecting Open. Once the changes are made, don't forget to click on Save.
Managing Employee Identifier Types
You can enable/disable and add your own Employee Identifier Types by clicking on Manage Employee Identifier Types in the drop-down menu.
Enable or disable an Employee Identifier Type by clicking on the toggle button.
Deleting an Employee Identifier
To delete an Employee Identifier, simply click on "..." and select Delete.
