Surface gaps in your process and outdated data at a glance! 🔎

To get started, open Dashboards by clicking it on the header. On the Dashboards page, click on Overview to open a dropdown menu. Then, select Program Management.

Case Status Issues

Highlight cases whose current status doesn’t line up with their key dates, so you can take corrective action.

Click on a piece of the pie chart to see the cases with status issues. You can also click on a type of issue to see which cases fall under them.

Open Approvals

See which approval requests are still awaiting sign-off, in order to follow up directly with the responsible approver.

Select the range of days that approvals are open. Click on one of the bar charts to see the cases that have open approvals.

Services Not Ordered

Help ensure that as a case approaches you are initiating services based on your configured process.

Services not ordered are sorted by 30-day intervals. Clicking on one of the tiles will show cases that have issues.

Pending Task

Track all outstanding tasks—whether in the current phase or any previous phase of a move—to ensure every step of your process is completed.

General case details are shown as well as pending tasks sorted by status and the number of tasks in each category. Clicking on an entry opens the case!
