Workia's AI Analytics, is a powerful feature that utilizes AI to generate detailed reports from your cases instantly! No need to manually use spreadsheets to sort your data and to time-consumingly create your visuals. ⌚

With just a single prompt, you can create meaningful reports and charts that you can use for your mobility program.

Accessing the Report Assistant

To access the feature, simply click on the AI Assist button in the navigation bar.

Creating reports with the Report Assistant

To generate a report with the AI Analytics, click on Visualize Data in the AI Assist menu.

Currently, there are three types of reports that the AI can generate:

  • Pie Chart

  • Bar Chart

  • Table Reports

The report type will depend on how the Report Assistant understands your query, For example, if you want to see how cases are spread across different locations, just type "Create a pie chart of cases sorted by case type", and the AI will quickly generate the visual!

For queries that concern listing cases onto a Table report, you can ask "List all cases that are Short Term Assignment", and then, the AI will produce a detailed table report, returning all cases with the instructed Move Type, giving you a full overview in one view:

As much as we want to cover all queries in this article, there can be countless ways that you can utilize our AI Analytics around your case and data to your advantage.

Additionally, at the bottom of the Message box are prompts that will appear which you can use to quickly generate reports or use as a reference for your data.

💡The Report Assistant is being improved further, as we know AI can make mistakes so consider checking important information - see below for checking parameters!

Managing Reports

After generating a report with the AI, you'll have the option to save it, which can be found on the top right side of the report. Click on the Save to save the report. After saving the report, click on the "Saved Reports" to open the Reports drawer.

On the reports list, you can click on "..." to Open or Delete a saved report.

💡Note: You can Share saved reports by sharing the report URL from the browser. You just need to ensure that the user receiving the shared link has an account in order to view the report!

Drill into data

Additionally, you can click on the reports to see a filtered view of cases by the parameters set. In this example, we have a bar graph of Cases by Type and Status. We can click a specific bar to show us the cases associated with its label and category:

💡Note: You can create custom reports using Advanced Reporting.
