Dashboards come in handy for tracking and visualizing case information. 📊

Dashboards

The Dashboards screen shows an overview of all active cases.

The status cards displayed on top are case records that are starting, ending, and Visas and Passport documents expiring soon.

You can change the date range by clicking on the day picker with the down arrow icon just below the card title.

You can see a detailed list of records on each of the status cards by clicking on it.

The list will show all the case records that are associated with the status card that you select. The details will include the name of the employee, the case status and the case details.

Clicking on the "View Case" button will open a new tab to the case detail screen of the selected record.

And just below the info cards is the chart overview of all the case records that are sorted by Case Types and Case Status.

You can also click on the bars to go straight to the People screen to see the corresponding case records!

💡Note: Cases that are Completed and Cancelled are not displayed on the chart.

Quickly surface gaps in your process and outdated data with four powerful insights:

  • Case status issues: Highlight cases whose current status doesn’t line up with their key dates, so you can take corrective action.

  • Open approvals: See which approval requests are still awaiting sign-off, in order to follow up directly with the responsible approver.

  • Services not ordered: Help ensure that as a case approaches you are initiating services based on your configured process.

  • Pending task: Track all outstanding tasks—whether in the current phase or any previous phase of a move—to ensure every step of your process is completed.
