If you are unable to see a specific city in the location picker when selecting a location for a case record, it might be because the city has a very small population of less than 1k. 🏙️

What do I do now?

If you want to request a city to be added to the location picker, send us a message using the chat bubble in the lower right corner and let us know the city you are requesting.

💡Please be aware that submitting a request does not guarantee immediate addition of the city. All requests will undergo a review process before being approved.
