To delete a ticket, open the ticket that you will be deleting and locate "Delete" which can be found on the right side of the ticket window.
A prompt will appear to confirm the ticket deletion. Click on "Delete" to proceed with the selection and permanently clear the ticket from the ticket list.
⛔ Do note that once the ticket has been deleted, it can no longer be recovered.
