Workia provides an easy and straightforward way to manage documents for your employee's moves! π
To get started, open a case and navigate to the Documents section by scrolling down or selecting it on the left side of the screen.
Adding a document
To add a document, simply drag and drop or choose a file to upload by clicking on the upload section!

Managing a document
Once you've uploaded you documents, people with access to the case can download a document by clicking on the document or "..." and selecting "Download".

To delete a document, click on "..." and select "Delete".
To add a comment, click on the chat bubble icon to open comments. Here, you can mention colleagues and keep track of you progress!
Document Security
Upload company documents to a case and choose its security and visibility.
Case Access - Only for users with access to the case.
Internal - Only for Global Mobility and Admin Users.
Employee - Shared with employee.
