Case and employee history
To get started, simply open a case. In the Summary section of a case, click on "..." located on the right side and select Case History.

From there, you can view changes made to the case and employee details!
Clicking on an item lets you see more details on the changes made!
Task history
To view your task history, simply select a task from the checklist. On the upper right side, click on the "..." icon and select Task history.

Ticket history
To view your ticket history, simply open a ticket. On the upper right side, click on the "..." icon and select Ticket history.

Cost estimate history
To view the cost estimate history, simply open a cost estimate entry in a case. Click on "..." and select Cost Estimate History.
