You can now see when a user last accessed Workia and if invited users have started using the application. ✅

To find the activity details, access the Manage Team tab by clicking on your Profile Icon > Settings > Administration.

The Status column displays the last login dates for all users, including one-time or non-registered users such as Approvers.

​Admin Users can view Sign-in Details, Resend or Send invites directly from the same interface.

Get an insight on how users are created in the Team Management settings under the "Created Via" column. This makes it clearer for Admin users how and why users were added to the system, and allows filtering for specific creation methods.

You can view a user's history by clicking on "..." on a user in the Administration Settings and selecting "View History".

Here, you'll be able to track changes and actions associated with user accounts.
