The System Search function has been updated with a new global search feature that allows you to search on a much wider set of data!
Current functionality:
Search results now include cases, tickets, documents, profiles, comments, emails
Comments and Emails: You can search for specific comments and emails within tickets, cases, or trips.
People Profile Section: Easily find users related to cases, displaying their names and the number of associated cases.
User Interface Improvements: Enhanced search drawer design and layout for better usability and consistency.
💡Note: Over time the scope of what can be searched on will grow.
