Cases
To get started, simply open a case. In the Summary section of a case, click on the Case History (Beta) icon in the lower left.
Clicking on an item lets you see more details on the changes made!
Tickets
To get started, simply open a ticket. On the upper right side, click on the "..." icon and select Ticket history (Beta)
Clicking on an item lets you see more details on the changes made!
💡Note: Don't worry about losing progress! This automatically opens a new tab to view a list changes made.
