Conveniently create tickets via email! πŸ“¨

Create tickets by sending an email to tickets@<yoursite>.mail.workia.com (example: [email protected]).
​


When Workia receives this email, it will automatically create a new ticket using the subject and body of the email as the ticket detail.
​

πŸ’‘Note: The default ticket type and status created by the user is the ticket and status for all tickets created by email.

Changing default ticket status

To change the default ticket status for future tickets created via email, simply drag the chosen ticket status to the top of the list.
