Cost estimates not only allow you to calculate move costs but also to share these estimates with your colleagues, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged in the mobility planning process.

You can share a cost estimate with an existing Workia user, or give one-off access via a link to someone new.

Sharing a Cost Estimate report

To share a cost estimate report, Click on the "Share" button that is found below the chart.

In the Share Cost Estimate pop-up window, type in the name of the person you wish to share the estimate with.

You can add one-off access to the specific cost estimate by clicking 'add person' and entering their details. The recipient will be able to view and comment on the cost estimate by clicking. They will not gain access to any other record details.

Once the access is added, the person will receive a link via email. Upon clicking on the link they will receive a code to the same email address to ensure they are the intended recipient.

You can include a personal message or additional notes in the "Email Message" box to provide context to the recipient. Then once you've selected the recipient and composed your message, click on the "Share" button.

An email with the cost estimate report will be sent directly to the recipient.

You can also see the history of where the cost estimate reports were shared, if the recipient did not get the email, you can simply click on the "Resend" button to send another email.
