How do I activate the AI Assistant?

To get started, click on your Profile Icon > Settings > Administration.

In the Administration settings page, go to the Company Info section and toggle the AI Assistant button.

When activated, a sidebar appears when clicking the AI Assistant Button in the header.

Getting the Most Out of Your AI Assistant

The AI Assistant provides support by answering questions, finding information, creating records, and completing supported actions.

Your assistant is connected directly to the Case Management System. That means instead of clicking through screens to find information or update records, you can just ask — in plain language — and it will do the work for you.

Below are ways it can make your day easier, organized by what you're actually trying to accomplish:

Get Answers Without Digging

Instead of opening a case and clicking through five tabs to find what you need, just ask directly.

  • "What's the immigration status on the Alvarez case?"

  • "How much has the Chen relocation cost so far?"

  • "What tax details do we have on file for this case?"

  • "Who does this case belong to, and what's its current status?"

You can also ask it to pull together information from several places at once — something that would normally take multiple clicks:

  • "Give me a full snapshot of the Alvarez case — status, cost, immigration info, and any overdue items."

Stay on Top of What's Overdue or Waiting on You

Rather than remembering to check, you can have the assistant do a sweep for you.

  • "What's overdue across my active cases right now?"

  • "Are there any tickets or checklists breaching their deadlines this week?"

  • "What approvals are sitting and waiting on me or my team?"

This is especially useful first thing in the morning or before a status meeting — you get a straight answer instead of hunting for it.

Keep Things Moving Without Switching Screens

A lot of day-to-day work is just small updates. You can make these changes by simply describing them.

  • "Mark the Alvarez case as complete."

  • "Move this ticket to 'In Progress' and assign it to Priya."

  • "Update the due date on this checklist to next Friday."

  • "Add a comment saying the visa documents were received."

  • "Send an email to the case updating them on the delay."

You don't need to know where that field lives in the system — just say what should change.

Handle Handoffs and Coverage Easily

When someone's out, or work needs to shift between people, the assistant can do the reassignment in one step instead of you manually finding and moving each item.

  • "Sarah is out this week — move her open tickets to Mike."

  • "Reassign all my overdue checklists to James."

  • "Who currently has the most open tasks on the team?"

Get the Bigger Picture, Not Just One Record

Beyond individual cases, the assistant can help you understand patterns and volume across your whole workload.

  • "Generate a report of all cases opened this quarter."

  • "What trends are showing up in our relocation costs this year?"

  • "Pull up the report we ran last month and remind me what it said."

This is helpful when you need to brief a manager or spot a problem before it grows.

Find Things Fast (Without Typing Exact Names)

You don't need to know the exact spelling of a city, the exact tag name, or the right case type — just describe what you're looking for.

  • "Find the right policy for a permanent international transfer."

  • "What case type should I use for a short-term assignment?"

  • "Search for tickets related to tax documentation."

The assistant will match your description to the correct value in the system.

Kick Off New Work

You can start new cases or tickets the same way you'd describe them to a colleague — no forms to fill out manually.

  • "Create a new mobility case for David Kim relocating to Singapore in September."

  • "Open a ticket about the missing bank details for the Ferreira case, due Friday."

A Few Tips

  • Talk to it like a colleague. There's no special phrasing required — describe the outcome you want.

  • Chain requests together. "Find the Alvarez case, check what's overdue, and send them a reminder comment" all happens in one go.

  • Ask before you dig. If you're not sure whether something's possible, just ask — e.g. "Can you check who's approving this?"

  • Use it to save clicks, not just find data. Updates, reassignments, and comments can all be done through conversation instead of navigating the system.
